Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from House of Musk. This policy covers returns, refunds and exchanges for orders placed via WhatsApp and delivered cash on delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Change of mind

Because fragrances are a hygiene-sensitive product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used bottles for change-of-mind reasons. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How refunds work

Since all orders are cash on delivery, approved refunds are made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa once the returned item is received and checked.
